Embroidery Super Deal sells digital machine embroidery designs, embroidery fonts, applique designs, and other downloadable digital products.
Unless a product specifically states otherwise, no physical product will be shipped to you.
Customers are responsible for ensuring that they have the appropriate embroidery machine, software, equipment, and knowledge necessary to use the files they purchase.
2. Customer Accounts
A customer account is required to purchase products from Embroidery Super Deal.
You are responsible for providing accurate information and maintaining the security of your account and password.
Your account is for your personal use. You may not share, sell, transfer, or provide access to your Embroidery Super Deal account to another person.
We reserve the right to restrict or suspend accounts that are being used fraudulently, shared improperly, or used to violate these Terms.
3. Digital Delivery
Purchased digital products are generally made available electronically through your Embroidery Super Deal account and may also be accessible through links provided following purchase.
There are no shipping charges for products that are delivered entirely digitally.

4. Embroidery File Formats
Products may be offered in various machine embroidery formats. Depending on the product, formats may include PES, DST, EXP, JEF, HUS, VIP, VP3, XXX, PCS, SEW, and other embroidery formats.
Embroidery fonts may also be provided in BX format when indicated on the product page.
Not every product is necessarily available in every format. Customers should review the product description and available formats before purchasing.
5. License to Use Our Designs
Unless otherwise stated on a product page, your purchase gives you a limited, nonexclusive, nontransferable license to use the downloaded embroidery designs.
You may use our embroidery files to create finished, physical embroidered items for personal use.
You may also use our designs to create finished, physical embroidered products that you sell, unless a particular product states otherwise.
For example, you may purchase one of our embroidery designs, stitch that design onto a shirt, towel, bag, hat, or other physical item, and sell the finished embroidered item.
6. What You May Not Do With Our Digital Files
Purchasing a product does not transfer ownership of the underlying digital design or file to you.
Unless we have provided written permission, you may not:
- Resell our digital embroidery files
- Redistribute our digital files
- Share purchased files with other people
- Upload our files to another website, marketplace, group, forum, file sharing service, or social media group for others to download
- Give copies of our digital files to friends, family members, customers, or other embroidery businesses
- Include our original digital files in another digital collection or bundle
- Claim our digital designs as your own
- Sell or distribute modified versions of our digital files when the purpose is to redistribute the embroidery design itself
- Share your Embroidery Super Deal account or downloads with other individuals
Your purchase is a license to use the digital design. It is not a license to redistribute the digital file.
7. Copyright and Intellectual Property
The designs, graphics, embroidery files, photographs, website content, branding, logos, and other materials available through Embroidery Super Deal are protected by applicable intellectual property laws.
Except for the limited usage rights provided under these Terms, all applicable rights remain with Embroidery Super Deal and/or the respective rights holders.
Unauthorized copying, distribution, resale, or reproduction of our digital products is prohibited.
8. Refunds and Digital Products
Due to the nature of downloadable digital products, purchases may be subject to restrictions on refunds once files have been delivered, accessed, or downloaded.

9. Design and Stitching Results
Machine embroidery results can vary based on factors including the embroidery machine, fabric, stabilizer, thread, needle, hooping, tension, resizing, software, and other settings or materials.
While we work to provide usable embroidery designs, we cannot guarantee identical results on every combination of machine, fabric, software, and equipment.
Customers are encouraged to perform a test stitch when appropriate before embroidering a final or valuable item.
10. Altering and Resizing Designs
Editing, converting, or significantly resizing an embroidery design can affect stitch quality.
Embroidery Super Deal is not responsible for problems caused by alterations, conversions, resizing, or other modifications made to downloaded files after delivery.
11. Lifetime, Full Website, Bundle, and Similar Offers
From time to time, Embroidery Super Deal may offer special packages that provide access to large collections of products, future products, lifetime access, full website access, or similar benefits.
The specific benefits of these offers are determined by the description and terms presented when the offer is purchased.
Where an offer includes future designs or continuing access, access is provided for as long as the applicable Embroidery Super Deal service, website, or program remains operational and the customer’s account remains in good standing, subject to these Terms.
Such offers do not transfer ownership of Embroidery Super Deal, its website, intellectual property, or underlying digital files to the customer.
The prohibition against sharing, redistributing, or reselling digital files continues to apply to products obtained through these offers.
12. Pricing and Promotions
Prices may change at any time.
Embroidery Super Deal may offer sales, coupons, discounts, bundles, limited time promotions, and other special offers. We reserve the right to modify or discontinue promotions at any time, subject to purchases already completed.
An item’s current price does not entitle a customer to a refund or price adjustment for a previous purchase made at a different price.
